The payment collection record serves the purpose of recording information about monies collected, excluding Membership payments, on behalf of the Burley Griffin Canoe Club Inc by officers and members.
Requisition for Reimbursement
The requisition for reimbursement form is for BGCC members to download. It is a way of getting reimbursement. It's important to note that BGCC members will only be refunded if they have prior approval for spending club money, and they have the correct receipt attached to the form.
APPLICATION FORM FOR CLUB SHED KEY HIRE
This application form is for current BGCC financial members, who have been club members for 3 months or more, have shown themselves to be resposible and helpful club members and who have a legitimate need of access to the Club Shed.
