I'm not going unfortunately but for those thinking their too young to check it out, it's from 30 years onward.

I must be getting old

Competing at the games.
Came fourth in the marathon with the sea kayak. It was very windy conditions.
Trevor Costa came fourth in his event and Helen Costa came first receiving a gold for her valiant effort.
The doubles raced in the marathon today in less windy conditions on the river; however, the rowing was cancelled late in the morning due to too much wind on the lake.
No practice today in the new TK1 due to the winds so watched the slalom practice sessions.
Slalom racing on tomorrow with some sprint training in the afternoon. Hopefully we will be allowed on the lake. If not I will try the river.
