To post a new topic, you need to be logged in first - use the login box which is in the left hand column if you haven't already.

Now click on the forum you want to post into and click on the "New Topic" button:

When viewing a post on the forums, there is a "Reply Topic" button even if you are not logged in, but you will be asked to register/login if you click on this before you can reply.

Also, be warned - even if you are previewing your new post/reply, your session has a 30 minute time out from when you first hit the New/Reply button. You have 30 minutes to hit Submit - a good idea is to select all of the text in your post and do a "copy" before you click the "Submit" button. That way you have it saved and can just "paste" it back in if it has kicked you out. Just login again, go back to the forum/topic you were posting in, hit the button and "paste" then "Submit". If I could do something more about this I would - hopefully 30 minutes is long enough - don't write your life story . An alternative is to write your post off line in an editor first and paste it in. Also, you can edit posts after you have put them on the forum or delete them, so don't be afraid you will put something up there you can never change
