Paddle NSW
PNSW is a newly formed organisation (June, 2008), with the intention representing all paddle sports in NSW. This currently includes the disciplines of Canoe Polo, Marathon Events, Ocean Racing, Slalom, Sprint Racing and Wildwater Racing. PNSW now has 15 affiliated clubs and organisations with approximately 500 members who represent the sport both recreationally and competitively in canoeing and kayaking.

We all love to be outdoors and enjoying the sun especially during the warmer months in Canberra, however we know that to much sun can have its downsides- including sunburn, premature skin aging, cataracts and skin cancer. The answer is not to avoid the sun totally, just dont't overdo it !- be SunSmart
